Your data runs the shop and nothing else. No sale, no brokers, no advertising profiles. What follows is exactly what we hold, why, and how to take it back.
01 — WHAT WE COLLECT
- Account: name, e-mail, phone, password hash (bcrypt, never plaintext).
- Orders: items, amounts, shipping/billing address, order timeline.
- Support: tickets, messages, return photos.
- Technical: login sessions, audit events, cookie preferences.
02 — WHY
Dispatch, delivery tracking, returns, refunds, fraud prevention, tax invoices (GST law requires 8-year invoice retention), and the letters you asked for.
03 — WHO PROCESSES IT
- Paytm (payments) — card/UPI/bank data never touches our servers; you pay on Paytm's page.
- Delhivery/Shiprocket (couriers) — name, phone, address for delivery only.
- Resend (e-mail) and Meta WhatsApp Cloud (messages) — contact + order updates only.
- Railway (hosting, India-region Postgres) — encrypted in transit and at rest.
04 — COOKIES & ANALYTICS

05 — RETENTION
Accounts and orders while active; invoices 8 years per GST law; support tickets 3 years; sessions expire in 7 days and die on logout. Backups rotate every 30 days.
06 — YOUR RIGHTS
Access, correct, or delete your data: write support@vrajhna.shop with subject “DATA REQUEST”. Deletion completes in 30 days except records tax law forces us to keep. Grievance: same address, “GRIEVANCE” subject, 48h response target.
