One day, no interrogation. Raise the request within 1 day of delivery — courier collects within 48h after that. If the check doesn't sit right, it comes home — quality check, refund to source. The only things we can't take back are worn, washed, or altered pieces.

RAISE IT — from TRACK ORDER or COMPLAINTS with order number. Ticket opens as VRJ-HELP-XXXXX.

PICKUP — courier collects in 48h. Keep tags on, pack as received.

QC — Bhiwadi desk inspects in 72h. Unworn + tags = pass.

REFUND — to source (UPI/cards/bank) in 5–7 working days. COD orders refund to bank account.
SIZE SWAP — wrong fit? Same process, replacement ships after QC pass. Check the SIZE FILE first.
CLUB NUMBERED PIECES — returnable like all pieces; the number retires with the piece.
